We stayed two nights at Beaver run, in two different rooms (the second night was unplanned), and both nights were great. At the price point and given its location in Breck, we were very pleased with the size and quality of the rooms. Depending on what direction you face, and what building you're in (Beaver Run is nothing short of a complex – it's huge), views are great.
It's about a 15 minute walk to any of the bars and restaurants downtown, so we took advantage of that.
The hotel staff was incredibly nice at every touch point and there were also some pool or hot tub facilities that we didn't check out. All in all, it was a great stay. I'm giving it a 4 star overall rating because I don't believe a hotel could give me a 5 star experience unless it was fairly expensive..
Everything was very clean and you felt very much at home. Condos are very spacious! Hotel gave us info on where to go and what to see which proved to be very helpful! We are already thinking of a return trip here!
