The resort is nice, but be careful of your room choice. Our budget room came with two twin beds (though we requested queens) which were horrible. The room also featured a shower-only bathroom that is barely big enough for one person to move around in. Also, support beam in the middle of the floor space was not something one wants to find in a middle of the night bathroom run!
Once you leave the room, you will find a very friendly, helpful staff. Another plus is a large, secure parking garage so no hassle finding a spot after a busy day in Breck.
For the price, this hotel was great. I had a kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and pull out sofa, nice bathroom and nice bedroom with plenty of closet space. There were two balconies; one outside living/dining area and one outside bedroom which overlooked a beautiful stream. The walk to main street took two minutes and the shops and eateries were great!
Stayed 3 nights, check in was easy, space was decent. Location is good easy walk into town. The one day we had house keeping come in they only did main floor did not even go upstairs. Did not replenish bottled water, if I am paying $25 a day for resort fee I surely should be getting my 2 bottles of water. Place was starting to show some signs of wear and tear inside. If I had to stay again I think I would look at some other properties first, overall I was not impressed.

This hotel was wonderful with beautiful accommodations and great staff. I'm sure the skiing is great but being there in summer was absolutely beautiful and with the adventure area right behind the hotel was very fun!
