Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as utility room with washing machine. The road is a bit noisy with very fast traveling, but we soon got used to this. It wouldn't put us off staying here again. The location of cottage is close to many lovely attractions including Forest of Dean, Clearwell Caves and Puzzle Wood."

The bathroom is small but the shower is very good. The studio was spotlessly clean when we checked in. "My 4 day break in Lydney, was absolutely wonderful. Jane and Malcom were amazing, from arriving, and right up until my last day. I enjoyed every minute of my stay, and Jane’s dog Sarg, and my dog got along too. Nothing was too much trouble, they are a lovely couple with a lovely Cottage. I will be returning, if not this year, definitely next. The sheep and the chickens, and the peaceful surroundings was so relaxing, Sitting in the enclosed front garden, was unbelievably heaven. My dog was safe in the front, and enclosed back garden, with table and chairs in both. The views, and walking in the woods, was extremely pleasant for myself and my dog. Lots of friendly people with their dogs too, couldn’t ask for anything better. Many thanks Jane and MalcomSue and Autumn"

Pool was great, lovely and warm with a relaxing jacuzzi , with a small gym on the side open 24 hours. Whilst I found the menu was adequate it personally thought it limited ,good choice at breakfast, Overall I would stay again."
