One sentence says "Your access code is: and 4 PM The door lock won't work untill after your check-in time." We could not make the code work and had to call for help. Our Schlag locks work as soon as the code is put in and will relock after 30 seconds. This lock took about 10 seconds to work which might have caused us to think the code did not work at all.2\. We sent several pictures of dirt/stuff to Brittany.3\. We could not make the TVs work. Instructions would be nice for people who do not have DISH. ##### James K. It was the first time we experienced this. One of the guests tried to use the sofa bed in the living room, but it was full of cookies and smelled terrible. We found a stained quilt in the closet that we had to wash, and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The coffee makers in the place were not working and we needed to buy one, and there was also no toilet paper. The condo was exactly like the pictures: tasteful and clean. The fully furnished kitchen was a bonus for having family dinners in a home environment. Next time we want to stay in one a little closer to the lake- we are hoping for a summer trip and to let our boys just go out back and fish when they want instead of having to drive to the lake ;) this place was exactly as pictured.
