We tried to call the front desk 3 times using both the room phone and our cell phone and no one answered. Then we finally fell asleep again and at 5:30 the alarm clock in the room started going off. The hotel reimbursed our stay. "

"The bed linens had black fuzz and hair on them, the door handle for the bathroom was broke, the light in the bathroom worked some of the time, and the hallway had a foul odor."
