"Liked the location, grocery stores, eateries, ect. Could have more variety in breakfast menu. Stayed 3 days and sausage patties were served on 2 days. My stay at other Hampton Inns had sausage patties one day, link sausage the next, bacon the next. The biscuits and gravy were excellent as well as the coffee service.. The staff were all friendly and helpful."

"Absolutely love staying here anytime I need a staycation. The rooms are good sized, cleaned and provide a vacation like atmosphere. The staff is always respectful and friendly. The property is immaculate and in my opinion the price is reasonable and you get way more than what you pay for. If you are trying to decide I would recommend Microtel without question!!!!"

"The rooms are dated and in disrepair. The bathtub had peeling slip strips that were sharp and hurt your feet. Rusty water which left stains on washcloth. The wifi/internet kept losing connection. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant, coffee was good."

"I was very pleased with my stay. The staff Brittany and Beth were very helpful with all my questions and making me feel welcome. My room was clean and housekeeping did not nothing me when my son was on the door. (I often find that that is ignored many places) I would definitely recommend this property."

"A very lovely place!! The furniture was comfortable, the pool was so nice, the home is big and roomy and very clean. Our grandkids enjoyed the games available. You won’t be disappointed staying here. A couple of suggestions; it would be nice if it had at least one bedroom with twin or full size beds allowing for people to have their own bed instead of sharing a king. Also, food wrap or aluminum foil and storage bags were not provided. We did appreciate the trash bags. Overall a great place!"

"The house was very clean, communications were great. The home has lots of room to move about in. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and peaceful , away from the main roads, but close enough to access shopping and eateries within minutes. The home is equipped with just about any cookware supplies needed, and basic starter supplies thsat should easily get you through until your shopping for your stay. This home was equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, automatic drip coffee maker with carafe. The television in the living area had smart t.v. and cable service, and the one in the master bedroom had cable service (not a smart t.v.). The pool was just right for us and there were also pool toys for the kiddies. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home."

"Property is amazing. Weeki Wachee River is clear. Lots of action on the river, humans and otherwise. Close to WW Springs and shopping. We were happy staying at the house all day. Kids (old and young) had a blast. Plenty of space on the screened-in patio or literally on the river on two large decks. Easy kayak launching and all the amenities you can imagine."
