"The woman who checked us in was extremely nice. Good breakfast. The manager was not very helpful when the toilet kept clogging. He fixed it, but then it wouldn’t flush properly. At check out, he didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience. I had to say something. He said he couldn’t give us any money back because we booked through Expedia. Instead, he said he could sign us up for Best Western Rewards. The points that he would have given us were a low amount that would take many more stays to build up."

"What a gem! Plenty of supplies and amenities from extra blankets and ample toilet paper to gel/alternative down pillows and a sleep sound machine! The co-host went above and beyond to take care of my family's needs. I can't express enough how happy we are to have found this home. We have to return later this year to the area and hopefully we're able to stay here. 10/10!!!"
