"Pools were all very good Prices for food were very high! Bathroom sink never gave warm or hot water, but the shower did! Room was large and wall tabs let you open drapes and turn on all lights at once or off at once!"

"The hotel is aging but it’s nice to see an older Vegas hotel. Unfortunately the grounds could use a lot of cleaning. We encountered security having to remove some individuals which made it uncomfortable since we had kids with us. The hotel was all over handling that situation though. Pool area is mainly adults not completely family friendly. Lifeguards blew the whistle constantly. Anytime kids were playing or making a noise they blew the whistle. I would recommend the West Tower. Seemed like the cleanest area and close to everything. "

"The room was not ready when we arrived (at 9pm). Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in despite already having checked in online. The lobby stinks of cigarette smoke AND the ozone spray they try to cover it with. The room was not clean when we got there. We requested housekeeping but no one came. There were just two thin sheets on each bed- no blankets or comforters at all. After three days of no housekeeping, the only way to get someone to our room was to get a manager involved. I've had better experiences in hostels. The staff with whom we directly interacted were friendly and as helpful as they could be. "

"Staff was very helpful. During check in all but 2 kiosks were down but staff came by to check guests in as quickly as possible. The only con we experienced was the water pressure in our room. "
