The "Castagna" is a 3-room terraced house with a total area of 60 square meters. It features a bright, beautiful, and cozy living/dining room with a dining table and a wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 5 gas rings, toaster, and kettle, along with another wood-burning stove. There is an exit leading to the garden and terrace from the living/dining area. The ground floor also includes a shower/WC. On the upper floor, there is one room with a double bed (140 cm wide and 200 cm long), and another room with two bunk beds (140 cm wide and 200 cm long). The house has parquet floors throughout.  
  
Amenities Included  
The amenities included in this vacation property are a washing machine, iron, fireplace (wood-burning stove), gas heating (available only from November 1st to April 15th), dishwasher, and a maximum capacity of 6 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two bunk beds, totaling one bathroom.
