Immerse yourself in the tranquility of a beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with a hammock for lazy afternoons and ample space for family activities. The cottage\`s simple yet inviting interiors provide a cozy haven, but it\`s the covered front porch that steals the show—perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails as you soak in the coastal ambiance. Bay Cottage isn\`t just a rental; it\`s a harmonious blend of serenity, family fun, and unforgettable moments. Your coastal escape awaits! Six guests can enjoy a comfortable night\`s rest across three inviting bedrooms. Please note that all of the bedrooms and bathrooms in this home are located on the second floor and will require stairs. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom loft is furnished with two twin beds, and the third bedroom also boasts a queen bed. The entire house is yours with parking available for 2 vehicles. Nestled on a tranquil side street along the east side of the harbor, our location offers a peaceful retreat within easy walking distance to a footbridge that seamlessly connects you to local shopping and culinary delights. With Barrett\`s Park and Linekin Bay within easy reach, your days can be filled with seaside picnics and refreshing dips. A leisurely 5-minute stroll across the recently revitalized footbridge will lead you to some of the finest restaurants on the rugged Coast of Maine. After booking, you’ll receive a message prompting you to complete a short verification process through our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. As part of this step, you’ll have the option to either purchase a low-cost damage waiver or provide a refundable security deposit. This is required to finalize your reservation and helps protect both you and the property during your stay. IMPORTANT: To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the stylish cottage decor. A short walk across the foot bridge to town makes it a convenient location.
