Bootham : location guest houses et maisons d'hôte

« Sejour parfait, personnel agréable. Tout a proximité a pieds »

« quiet, parking and near city center »

« Close to the train station, the beautiful gardens around the abbey ruins and the historic centre of York. Enjoyed the owners friendliness and warmth. Felt very much at home. Excellent breakfast too. »

« La maison est située à environ un kilomètre du centre de York, et présente l’avantage d’être extrêmement calme tout en étant suffisamment proche des nombreux points d’intérêt de cette très belle ville »

« Friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent location (walking distance from the train station as well as from the Shambles and the Minster). Our only downfall was the construction work that was a but noisy in the morning, and the fact that the fan in the bathroom was not efficient (it would ger humid after a shower). Would recommend this hotel ! »

« No information give to access the room : after 3 call finally someone reply. The room were open and one of them wasn’t closeable. A very poor level of service. I heard snoring in the room next to me all night... a disaster ! »

« Clean room and free parking »

« Très bien organisé »

« We only stayed at Ashbourne House for one night and it was very nice. Lovely room with a Comfortable bed, great shower and towels. Plenty if tea and coffee, and if you ran out you could get more from a dish on the landing also a sweet treat if you needed it, which I thought was a nice touch. It was a bit away from restaurants and the main shopping but public buses stopped just down the road and was easy to catch and came regularly if you didn’t have a car. If you did have a car there seemed...

« Chambres un peu vieillottes mais très propres. Petit déjeuner cher. Excellent accueil. »

« Willow cottage at Harmony House B&B is a self contained, privately accessed property attached to the back of the B&B. There is a beautiful lounge that doubles up as a second bedroom with a nifty Murphy bed in a stylish cupboard, a large dining room table and comfortable seating for 4 people. The small but perfectly equipped kitchen was a welcome addition as was the milk and delicious fudge left for us by the warm and friendly owner, Adele. The beautiful bedroom upstairs is charming and quirky...

« This is a delightful place. The staff is wonderful. The building is charming »

« magnifique séjour merci »

« Venue pour un salon à Harrogate nous avons réservé dans ce petit boutique hôtel et je suis tombée sous le charme. Notre chambre était confortable, grande et joliment décorée. Le petit-déjeuner frais et suffisant. L’accueil était chaleureux. En début de soirée on entend un peu les bruits de la chambre du dessus mais vraiment rien qui vienne gâcher le séjour. Sans nul doute une bien belle adresse. Je reviendrai! »

« This property was very close to the shambles and lots of shops and markets. The staff was very nice. Great location ! »

« The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road. We had a fabulous 3 days. »
