« Owners were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious well decorated and cosy with interesting artwork. Bed linen and towels were clean and good quality. Shower cubicle is fairly small which wasn't a problem for us but I thought it worth mentioning. Parking is on street which is not busy. A permit is supplied by the owner. It is just a 5-10 minute flat walk into the town centre. We stayed for 1 night and didn't choose to have breakfast so cannot comment on that. We enjoyed our short visit...

« Friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent location (walking distance from the train station as well as from the Shambles and the Minster). Our only downfall was the construction work that was a but noisy in the morning, and the fact that the fan in the bathroom was not efficient (it would ger humid after a shower). Would recommend this hotel ! »

"Ils ont prélevé l’argent le jour avant mon arrivée, malgré avoir indiqué paiement à l’hôtel sur le site Hotels.com. Il n’y avait pas d’articles de toilette dans la chambre sous prétexte de sauver la planète, pas de biscuits non plus. C’est assez loin du centre et très cher. Le personnel était agréable et le petit déjeuner correcte."

Le personnel est avenant et il est possible pour des raisons environnementales de ne pas faire changer les serviettes tous les jours et c’est la première fois que je vois une poubelle de tri dans une chambre d’hôtel."

"Très bien, 3 places de parking sont dispo à l'arrière (plus economique que les parkings publics). Très bon petit déjeuner. Rénové récament. Seul bémol est l'arrivé après 4h (4:00 PM). c'est un self checking, j'aime bien avoir une vrai personne en face de moi. Mais ça s'est bien passé malgré tout."
