"I have been at this hotel several times. The only persistent issue is the very poor valet service. They do not have enough people to get cars and I have waited 20 min- 1 hour to get my car"

"Do not book here it is very run down. Carpet in rooms dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the jacuzzi had mold around it. Property is outdated and possibly has bed bugs."

"Nothing was clean. Walls has weird and gross blobs. We didn’t expect much on a busy weekend but I wasn’t prepared to feel so grossed out at everything. Sunday night looked slightly better but the elevator floor was not mopped at all (layers of dirt and things stuck to it- super gross) but the hallway floor leading to the elevator was cleaned. Things were dusty and the curtains were falling off the hooks. Years of basic sheets changing and vacuuming without any deep cleaning will add up to a lot of neglected and dirty details. It just felt like the family running it wants to keep the lobby clean to trick you into thinking everything is fine, it doesn’t care enough about guests to try to keep the property clean."

"Room was clean. not validating parking wasn't great! coffee at starbucks wasn't made right - had no flavor, had to ask to have more added so it wasn't a glass of milk, but other than that everything was good."

"We had a prepaid reservation. When we arrived there was a note on a closed hotel door saying “ sorry, no vacancy. If made a reservation we will refund you”. Still waiting for an apology on a graduation weekend in a university town and my refund + the difference what I had to pay in a last minute reservation in a hotel. "

"The rooms were new and fresh and clean and staff top notch. Beds comfy. Parking plentiful. Loved the welcome with cookies to welcome Michigan State University grads and families. All around great! And saved us when we had to cancel our three rooms for family at the Red Roof Inn in Lansing - dirty, cigarette smokers running desk, trailer of cats in the pothole parking lot, place in complete disrepair. Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet breakfast. A coffee bar in the lobby would have been nice, but will book here again for sure."

"This place was dirty, staff couldn't answer any questions and couldn't resolve any problems. The amenities that they said they had were all shut down such as pool, restaurant and lobby bathrooms. There was fighting above me all night so very difficult to sleep!!This place is a disaster and I requested a discount but they didn't give it to me. "
