Hotel para quedarse una noche de emergencia

La habitación es muy cómoda, amplia y limpia. Lo único que puedo criticar es que aunque el personal fue muy amable, la atención es muy mala. Primero, llegué como a las 10pm al hotel y a duras penas porque el hotel no tiene nombre en la fachada y fue difícil reconocerlo, pero además pedí agua y no me la dieron porque la cocina estaba cerrada y tampoco pudieron darme un vaso para agarrar agua del grifo. Eso cuando en los servicios ofrecen comida y bebida las 24 horas. Al día siguiente fueron incapaces de notificar que no habría agua en el hotel. Cuando bajé a preguntar, el recepcionista y otra empleada se pusieron a discutir en mi cara sobre si debían o no activar el tanque de agua para que los huéspedes tuviésemos agua. El recepcionista de negó a hacerlo argumentando que eso sería sólo para emergencias, y como ya yo me había bañado, no era necesario que me pusieran agua en la habitación. Más tarde pusieron el agua como por 1h y no avisaron, así que no pude aprovecharla. Antes de irme pedí que me llamaran a un taxi, el recepcionista lo intentó una vez y como no había unidades en la zona, me dijo que llamaba más tarde, pero se fue de la recepción y se perdió como por 45 mins. Más tarde, lo vi salir de una cuarto cercano a la recepción y resulta que estaba viendo un partido de fútbol. Lo otro es que hay un local cerca y ponen música a todo volumen día y noche. Es un hotel para quedarse una noche de emergencia. No lo recomiendo si tienen más opciones. Además, no es céntrico.

My third stay here and I can say its a great budget choice. Clean rooms, hot water and friendly staff. Good laundry service too. Breakfast is eggs and coffee and gets repetetive. It can be noisy like most Colombian hotels but for the price its fine.

Good location, clean hotel at a reasonable price

Great place to stay for a few days. Close to 2 transmilenio routes. Good connections to the airport and terminal de transportes. The area is safe during the day but usual precautions apply at night. The hotel has a bar and restaurant/cafe. Breakfast is taken in the cafe and is eggs, bread and a hot drink. Nothing to get excited about. The rooms are clean and there is hot water although it takes ages to come hot/warm. It can be a little noisy at times but acceptable. The staff speak no English so be prepared if your Spanish is not too good.

Boa relacao custo beneficio

Hotel bom pelo que se paga. Café da manhã bom. Atendimento cordial, atencioso e hospitaleiro. Fica meio distante do Centro Histórico (de táxi dá uns 7 ou 8 mil cops, a pé leva uns 30 min). O bairro onde fica é residencial e tem movimento noturno, assim como um mercadinho logo em frente. O próprio hotel tem um bar que pode se aproveitar e à noite fica bem movimentado. Quarto espaçoso, com mobiliário e cama confortável. Banheiro em dois ambientes separados, o que tira um pouco de privacidade, e a água não esquenta muito. Se você não quer ou não pode gastar muito com hospedagem é um bom lugar para ficar.

chegamos no quarto e ele é o banheiro estavam sujos, com bolos de cabelo no box. Apenas uma das lâmpadas do quarto funcionavam e uma para o box e para a privada (que são separados). Tudo caindo aos pedaços e sujo. Pedi para a pessoa da recepção nos trocar de quarto. Ela, muito boazinha, ficou com vergonha da sujeira e tirou fotos para mostrar o trabalho da camareira. Nos trocou para um pior ainda. Impossível de ficar já que a privada não parava de fazer barulho... Fomos de volta para o primeiro quarto (isso porque tinham outros dois em estado melhor e ela não quis nos colocar lá...estes dois eram o que apareceram na foto na hora de reservar!!! Péssimo. O pior que já ficamos...e olha que já ficamos em muitos Hostels por aí, viu?! juro que não entendi os 5 de 5 na avaliação.....????

En terminos generales, el alojamiento fue ACEPTABL

Bien por la ubicacion. Mal porque no cumplieron con el desayuno, que se supone era a partir de las 7 a.m., eran las 7 y 30 y el desayuno no fue posible. Asi sea una tarifa economica, debe cumplir con lo prometido. En términos generales el alojamiento fue aceptable, y se puede recomendar a quienes estén interesados
