« Peter was very welcoming upon our arrival. The cleanliness is exceptional, and is amongst the best we have ever experienced. Thought has been given to the smallest detail, The interior design, decor and ambiance is outstanding. Dave and Peter serve up a wholesome breakfast treat, which on its own makes us want to return. It is very close to the Goodwood motor racing circuit. This was perfect to enjoy a weekend getaway. For a bed and breakfast, our experience may be likened to a five star hotel....

« Excellently managed room, secondary glazing so absolutely no noises from the road. Slept very well, but i do think a kingsize bed would fit in the room. It could be a slight squeeze, in the main, very comfortable. Shower room absolutely spotless. Breakfast was super. Nicely cooked full english as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc.., not too much on the plate but enough for a full day ahead. Good selection of teas.. A real find as we enjoyed a christmas ball at Goodwood. If we come over this...

"Un début compliqué avec l attribution d une chambre pour 3 personnes au lieu de 4\. Heureusement, la réceptionniste a fait le nécessaire pour nous trouver 1 chambre adaptée à notre famille. Grosse déception en revanche concernant la piscine, non accessible aux enfants après 18h30\. Nos enfants étaient très frustrés ne pas pouvoir y aller (et en plus, il n'y avait personne dedans). Rien ne l indique sur la fiche de l hôtel ou les messages envoyés par l hôtel avant l arrivée. C'est très dommage. La chambre attribuée était vaste, le grand lit confortable mais les lits d appoint étaient fatigués. La salle de bains était vieillotte et fort abîmée mais propre. Le tout aurait besoin d être rafraîchi. Impossible d aérer, les jolies fenêtres à guillotine sont hors d usage. Le restaurant pour dîner et le buffet du petit-déjeuner sont très bien. Le personnel est tres agréable. De manière général, la beauté du lieu impressionne mais en détail, tout a bien vieilli et mériterait une rénovation pour remettre en valeur le cachet des lieux. Le personnel est a l ecoute dans cet établissement qui grouille de monde. "

"Certes l'hôtel n'est pas tout jeune mais il est parfaitement entretenu. On y trouve tout sur place, restaurant, bar, machine à laver et sèche-linge ainsi qu'une petite piscine (ouverte à partir de 15h/15h30 en semaine). L'hôtel se trouve 5 mn à pied du port, des bateaux à visiter ainsi que d'un centre commercial "outlet" où les prix sont forts intéressants. De nombreux pubs, restaurants et magasins à proximité. "
