Damage Protection Coverage When you stay at Pacific Flyaway, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000\. The $42 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit.
