« While the staff was friendly, but not very helpful. The plug in to charge a phone didn't work and it took quite a while for maintenance to show up. He wasn't able to do anything about it. It had power but??? I did book a smoking room, but the smell would knock down a chain smoker. A little febreeze and an air filter for the a/c would have helped. No coffee pot in the room was disappointing as well. The bed was comfortable and clean.. »

« This ranked as one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. It was late, the hotel was full, so no moving to another room. We had a few bugs to kill, wet to musty rugs, dirty towels, a frig freezer that couldn't make freeze water bottles, and a A/C unit that wouldn’t change temps. We slept, cleaned ourselves in the morning and ran. We skipped the free breakfast. It may have been fine, but just didn’t trust it. The people there seemed nice, they wanted to help, but just didn’t know how. I...
