Whether youre curled up with a book, enjoying a family board game, or watching a film, the cottages relaxed ambiance and split-system air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout, so you can stream, browse or check in with work with ease. The neat and fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy self-catering, from a dishwasher and coffee machine to cooking basics and ample cookware. Share meals around the indoor dining table or fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner alfresco on the private balcony. Godfreys Cottage sleeps up to eight guests. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed and generous storage, while the third is a fun bunk room ideal for kids or teens, complete with its own TV and gaming console compatibility. It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission. NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund. PAYMENT POLICY Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date. Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
