"This is a beautiful B&B. The owners and staff make you feel like you are home. Room are spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is excellent. Location is close to hiking swimming and boating. We have been there two years in a row and plan to go back next year. "

"Perfect Lakeside Getaway for Friends & DogsWe stayed here with another couple, each bringing our dogs, and it was absolutely perfect! The location can’t be beat—right next to a marina, where we loved watching the boats come and go, and we even spotted a few loons. We brought our own boat and had an incredible time exploring beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.The cabin itself was adorable—cozy, well-stocked, and had everything we needed (and nothing we didn’t). My dog swam from sunrise to sunset, and our friends’ dog even learned to swim during the trip. The setting was peaceful, the lake was gorgeous, and it was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun.Our host, Jessie was cheerful, helpful and super fast in responding to any messages. A true ray of sunshine!We can’t wait to come back!"
"Incredible lakefront home in a quiet cove near a Loon sanctuary just offshore. Everything is as shown, amazing deck, great dock, kayaks, fire pit, grill and smoker, and a beautiful kitchen and lots of living space. We spent the week here for a family reunion, enjoyed having so much indoor and outdoor space for all ages. Very quiet neighborhood. The home was extremely clean, great communication with Jennifer from start to finish. Wifi worked all around he property - added bonus and well lit foot paths down to the lake. We've stayed in several homes over the years along the lake, this one definitely sets the new standard. Would recommend for families or adults/friends getaway. "
"We booked this large spacious home to hold 6 adults and 3 children and the property was perfect for our vacation! Well equipped, clean, spacious, and comfy! We enjoyed the large back yard to let the toddlers run around and the deck area was nice for relaxing in the evening. I look forward to re booking this property again. The host was very fast in responding to any questions we had during our stay. We do wish it was a bit closer to water! My only suggestion would be improvement for the kitchen dish towels as well as cutting boards but other than that it had every thing we needed and more. "
