The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house. Apartment 21RB22, Villa Laetitia: Your apartment 21RB22 is on the 3rd Upstairs. The spacious 2-room apartment has a size of approx. 64 square meters and can be occupied by up to 3 people.\[nbsp\] From the south balcony of the apartment you have a beautiful view over the roofs of Binz up to the Schmachter lake. In addition to the living room with integrated brand kitchen (Alno), there is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a vanity, a very large shower, toilet and a storage room. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe. Another person can sleep on the large sofa bed in the living room. You will also find a TV and radio / CD player in the living room. On the slightly cooler days you can heat up the stove for cozy hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator and various small appliances. All our guests have free WiFi access in this apartment.
