« Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. « Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels. »

« Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. »

« Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette agréable maison toute proche de Pétra. La location est confortable, calme en retrait de la route et conforme à sa description. Il manque juste une petite poubelle et des patères pour y accrocher des vêtements dans la salle de bains principale, mais le reste est très bien. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas profité de la piscine dont l'eau était un peu trop fraiche pour la saison. Situation idéale pour découvrir l'Ile. Merci à Miguel pour toutes les...

« We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay. »

« We were a group of 10 mature adults and this villa was perfect for us. Host Claudia was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. The villa is spacious with plenty of seating areas. We loved the character and decoration of the villa - very attractive. There is lots to see and do in the area and the villa is conveniently close to grocery stores. Nice to be close to the lovely town of Pollensa. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and cooking over a fire several times in the outdoor kitchen...
