« Elk Meadow Cabins is lovely. I love the location in the Redwoods and the Elk roaming around. The Beachcomber Suite is very nice. Very homey. The bed is nice and the kitchen is everything you could ask for. They make checkout and check-in easy. I have been back several times. »

« This rental ended up being even cuter than the photos! Note that it is a duplex. We didn't have any neighbors during our stay. Nice and clean, and we very much appreciated that the place and the linens didn’t smell of cleaner or fragrances. Great location close to Redwood National Park and the ocean. Our only small issues (which did not detract from our stay at all): the mattress does sag a bit toward the middle, and the bathroom sink drains a little slowly. « Love this place… the view and property were spectacular! Service was friendly. Breakfast was good, loved that the kitchen and its amenities were available continuously. Wish we could have stayed longer for the hikes etc. Next time! One thing … maybe note that the road is rough coming in from Trinidad. Our SUV was fine, but in the dark and or my low roadster, would have been a problem. »

« This place is fabulous. A well built and well appointed cozy cabin, which was perfect for our stay while visiting the California coast and redwoods. The decorations and artwork were charming, the small kitchen functioned very well, and the quiet location was excellent. We also enjoyed the moon viewing in the clearing, as well as the ability to see the sunset from the platform near the road.All told, this is one of the best places we have stayed in a long while, and would gladly do so again. »
