Auberges à Big Bear City

« Very nice »

« This is my very favorite place to stay in Big Bear. I will never go anyplace else when visiting there. EVERYTHING about this hidden gem is unique and perfect. You have to experience it for yourself - you will not be disappointed...it's magical and charming. »

« The property was clean and close to all the amenities of Big Bear Lake. The bed was not on a bed frame and the mattress was warned out. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. There was no dresser nor closet to put clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase. I will not recommend this place to family nor friends. »

« When we first arrived, there was horse crap all over the driveway. The people across the street were playing their music so loud at night, it felt like we were at a nightclub. It was cold and the heater wasn't working. The little space heater there was also broken. The bed creaked every time you move. The garbage disposal wasn't working. Then the power went out. The host was very good at communicating which was a good thing. We only stayed 1 night out of the 3 and were only refunded for 1 night....

« This place was so nice and cozy, i would say better than the pictures even. Fireplaces upstairs and downstairs were a hit, and it was super quiet at nice. A great place to get away and rest. We even extended our stay and had them deliver more firewood it was so nice. I would gladly return, or at least see what else Cool Cabins has to offer. Close to the lake and shops nearby, but away from traffic and backs onto the forest. Whats not to like? »

« It was good, but there were definitely some bad impressions. Once we booked via Expedia, we were sent a link to a lengthy check-in contract. We learned upon arrival that we were required to take out the trash, and the drop-off location is 15 minutes from the property! That's ridiculous. We have been to Big Bear many times and have stayed at various vacation rentals; we have never been required to take out our own trash. For the price and all the caveats, I am not sure I can recommend. »

« Esta bonita muy cómoda solo que el sofá cama necesita cambiarse por lo demás esta bien »

« It was very clean! Full fridge, heating/AC was very easy to navigate. They provided soap and a sample of shampoo and conditioner. I wouldn’t say these were negatives just more annoyances that’s why I still give them 5 stars - the handle for the shower kept slipping off so it was hard to maneuver the hot and cold and turning on and off, the shower liner was rusted and stained and the shower head was built up with timescale so the water pressure was low. The TV remote in bedroom didn’t work, so...

« Awesome place to stay! Beautiful. Cozy, quiet, very nice and comfortable beds. Slept great! Close distance to town for shopping, eating and gas. Lake is also nearby. The host was easy to contact and replied quick when texted. I would definitely stay here again! »

« I really enjoyed my time over there. I really like that the bedroom is upstairs. »

« Very nice house had everything we needed for a nice and cozy stay, hot tub was amazing. »

« Host is amazing and the place was awesome »

« No me gusto que no hay lavadora »

« Amazing stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up. The fenced backyard and hot tub made our stay extra special — perfect for relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and truly tranquil. One of the best places we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend! »

« The house was very beautiful and check in/out was very accommodating. Fireplace and home was clean and had enough pans to cook as well as cups / forks knives and seasonings which was a plus. Just a few things that we had issues with ; ceilings upstairs were sloped where the beds were so my husband kept banging his head. If you’re trying to be quiet upstairs you cannot because the floors creak really bad but that’s common in the cold for hardwood floors. The upstairs had only a tub so in...
