The room was terribly small and looked neglected like it needed some repairs. Minimal items inside and 1 tiny trashcan. The walls are paper thin and you can hear anyone coming and going. Didn’t care for the lack of staff and text only communication. Only gave 2 tiny towels and the water pressure was very hard with only one setting on the shower head which made taking a shower very uncomfortable. The room wreaked of weed when we checked in and there was a dirty rag left in our room in front of the tv. Each car is assigned a spot for each room and when we got back from an outing a car was in our spot and it took a little bit to resolve and needed to back and forth text someone that we were going to park in a different spot. I imagine if we couldn’t get it resolved where would we have parked? We shouldn’t have to text someone for 20 mins asking about where we are going to park because they can’t regulate the parking situation. We just wanted to get to bed so we could leave as fast as we could in the morning. The bed was very hard. Another guest rushed out of bed as we were leaving in the morning to inform us we needed to close the front door when leaving because someone left it open all night which wasn’t us because we were not the last people in for the night. I would never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. I needed decent WiFi for work and a place near sugarloaf otherwise I would not have stayed. We also had an issue with the automatic bathroom light as it kept turning on by itself all night long. There was also a visible patching in the bathroom door from a hole in it but it wasn’t done very good. Area was quiet and clean. A really big plus was that there was a place to take the trash in same property. And that the place had lots of lighting!!! My girlfriend and I were quite disappointed with the place. Property had no air conditioning. Property was not maintained. Shower rod kept falling, there were holes in the walls. Bedding had not been cleaned from previous renter. Said non smoking but reaked of cigarettes. Whoever is maintaining the property may want to do some upkeep on the unit as well as the weeds that were growing in the front. Pictures were not current. Decor is odd colors, purple couch, red curtains, blue and grey panel floor…having kitchen amenities is nice, bathroom is small, not well lit, but tub/shower is very adequate. We enjoyed our stay even without electricity our first 12 hours (not really an issue except lack of hot water) due to local electric public safety shut off. Upstairs guests were a bit noisy, as well as people using the stairs. The bed appears to be a firm memory foam, and was fine. The off site personnel were very nice and answered texting promptly. The ONLY real detractor was the very gritty floor which probably needed a good dust mopping. There’s a pretty significant water hammer noise at the kitchen sink.
