« The staff at night we terrible and were told the the wrong info about the pool hours and breakfast hours and just rude with a snarky attitude, the lady at the front desk the next morning was very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. »

« Got off to a rough start. Front desk was occupied by a sign with a phone # to call. Waited too long for the attendant to arrive. This was at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Room was in a state of disrepair. Room was right next to major remodeling. Trevan came on shift Tuesday morning. He promised to have a new room by the time i returned. He was true to his word. And all week long i witnessed him worked constantly to ensure things were running smoothly. »

« attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! »
