« Stay here! Wonderful cottage with large backyard, beautiful flowers and nice front yard with beautiful flowers and trellis. The inside is such comfortable hangout space, kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and bathroom washer and dryer on first floor and another bathroom on second floor make the space so easy to use and enjoyable. When we arrived, there was a party next door but the cottage is so sound-proof that we could not hear anything including a heavy rainstorm. Literally one...

« We really enjoyed everything the house and location had to offer. It was perfect for us and our 2 daughters and even our 2 dogs! The number of deer we saw on a daily basis was really cool! Having the golf cart to get to the beach was definitely appreciated! We enjoyed learning the background story to the house. Rachel was easy to contact and immediate with her responses. »

« Property was excellent and as described. We were going to a wedding at stonegate manor and it was so convenient. It is only .7 of a mile away. »

« This was a cute little cottage and served our needs. It was very clean for pets having been there and my pets loved it. The only thing was the flower garden had grown over the walkway making it difficult to walk through with luggage and my husband even fell once getting through. The host was very receptive. »

« Perfect little cabin on the river for our family of 3! It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed and more. Felt like a safe, secluded location but still close enough to town and the beaches. Being by the water was so nice and we enjoyed fishing right out the back door. We will definitely stay again! »

« The property was a good fit for our family. The home was clean and well kept. The one downside was the smell that came from the fireplace, which had ashes in it that had gotten wet from the humidity causing an oder that bothered my wife. The access to the private beach was a great plus as was the many beach toys and chairs. Not having access to the hot tub due to repairs was a bit disappointing, but Janette’s generous gift card to the the Whistle Stop was greatly appreciated and we enjoyed...

« Had a wonderful few days here with 2 granddaughters who loved the beach! We traveled by train from Chicago to New Buffalo. Got along fine without a car, but it would have been handy at times. Feels very safe and peaceful. A short walk down a path to the beach, but no beach view from the property. Restaurants, local small grocery store and gelato all an easy walk. Had one gorgeous sunset on the beach! »
