« Room was nice and people were friendly. The restaurant and bar on site was wonderful. Our room was in the back building and it was raining so we needed to unload in the rain with no canopy. We were on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. Unfortunately, there was a water main that went to our area of the hotel that had an issue, and in the morning, we had no water. The main building did have water. We were given a $23 refund for the inconvenience. (No shower in the morning and the...

« The hotel did not have my reservation even though I had a copy. They made me a new one but did not honour the price I had so I was charged more . Also they were under a boil water restriction but made no effort to make coffee for the guests. I have been to this hotel many times and this was the worse experience »

« The flat is adorable, very well kept, and centrally located in town. The owners, Sam and Jeff, have thought of so many little touches that make their flat feel like home. Sam, who is often working downstairs in Creekside Provisions, gave us tons of ideas for restaurants and things to do. She even made a dinner reservation for us! We had the best time in Berkeley Springs, and a big reason was the lovely stay we had in the Creekside Flat. »

« My friend and I rented this home for a girls out weekend. The home was cozy, clean and well accommodated for our needs. Upon arrival we ran into a small setback with an extra lock on the door keeping us from getting in but Heena responded quickly and walked us through how to get it unlocked. I have a very large SUV that took some maneuvering to get into the driveway but im sure smaller vehicles will not have any issues. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in Berkley Springs. Thank...
