"Gwenn at reception was amazingly helpful and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about her. Took time to work through problems with Hertz car rental. Room was clean and comfortable. My second stay in a Brit Hotel and will use them wherever possible. Rooms are basic but well maintained and have everything I need. Be aware reception closed at 2300\. "

"Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"This place is so fresh and new we were shocked. Everything is first rate and comparable to four star. Big room, big bathroom. Outside the city but on a great 2k walk into Quimper center. Great value for a super comfortable place. "

"I particularly liked the staff who were all very friendly. There was one in particular who was a model employee but I have forgotten his name. He did everything. Worked at the front desk, bar, kitchen, and he was very fast. He transferred our heavy suitcases with a smile and no fuss. His employer should be very proud of him. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by the water."
