This charming and dog-friendly two-bedroom condo with loft and den has plenty of room for the entire family of up to eight. It also comes with six SHARC passes.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, view of Mt. Bachelor, and a flat screen TV. The loft has two twin beds and the den has a full hide-a-bed along with a wood burning fireplace. Two dogs are welcome to join you here!

There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. The kitchen overlooks the main living area with incredible views of the Woodlands golf course. Conveniently located across from the SHARC facility and very close to the Village.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Great property and location

Property is fantastic and location is even better. Cleanliness was 50/50. Smears all over windows and various dishes not clean. Furniture was not the most comfortable for long periods of time but when in Sunriver we like to be out and about anyways. Literally can not beat location in terms of proximity to village and other amenities for the price. Would stay again no doubt.

Great place for our Family

We are a family of 5 with kids ages 9-4 and this was a great place for us. It is close to the village and Sharc and has a nice flat yard out back for the kids to run around and play. Kitchen is small but was perfect for what we needed. Beds a little stiff but the place was very clean which is the most important for me. Dog friendly was a bonus.

DO NOT RENT- AND DO NOT RENT FROM "Vacasa" Properties - Horrible

I would not recommend this condo if you have light sleepers who will be staying in the downstairs master bedroom or if you have more than one person wanting to take a shower. Our first night was spent trying to figure out what was cycling all night and making a rumbling noise in our bedroom. It sounded like a hot tub cycling on and off but we realized in the morning it was actually the heater going on and off all night. We took sleep agents and had fans going but did not mask he rumbling. We did get a better nights sleep the second night as we turned the heat off. However our daughter was cold all night as the house got down to 55 degrees. My husband got up early to work and had to wear his ski gear to stay warm as he did not want to wake me with the heat going on :). The second day we were there we ran into issues with the shower. Only one of our family members was able to take a shower. The second shower ran cold half way through and we had to wait for half an hour for the water to warm up again. If none of these issues are of a concern for you, the house was clean and well situated. NOTE: We called the management company during our stay to ask if there was an issue with the hot water heater and noise in bedroom. They offered to come by to investigate but by then we did the old fashion washcloth bath and washed hair under cold water in the sink so was too late. We reached out to the management company 5 days later and they informed us that since we did not address this issue during our stay (which we clearly had addressed), they would not accommodate any of our issues or reduce fee. We called back again to speak with a manager and they basically said we were lying about the issues...WOW. so, I am even less impressed with the Vascasa management company and for that reason would avoid any properties management them.

We had a fantastic stay in Sunriver...

We (me, my husband, 10yo and 9yo boys) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very well located home. We made great use of the SHARC passes (thanks!!) and loved exploring via the many bike paths. It would have been great to have a place to keep our bikes (garage??) but other than that we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent stay with nice character

This is a really cute and comfortable location. The decor is designed to a period with cookware to match. Lots of games on site. Right across the street from the shark center. Will definitely come back again.

Beautiful Condo in the heart of Sunriver

We booked this rental with my parents and brother. We were in town for a birthday party for my grandma. Plenty of room for 5 adults and a toddler. The kitchen had everything that you could need. The views from the living and family rooms were gorgeous. You feel as if you were isolated from the world. It was deer migration season, and so we got to see a lot of deer in the area. We also were within walking distance to the Sunriver Village and had passes to the recreation center. We had a lot of towels, blankets, pillows, and even a fan. Several days before we arrived, we received a rather detailed email with instructions, which was really helpful. Checkin is at 4 p.m., which was tricky to work around. I've stayed at resorts in Vegas, and we could check in earlier then that. The downstairs bathroom was a big issue. The shower door and towel rack by the sink were broke and the toilet stopped working the second night we were here. One of the towels that was folded up for us was actually still rather dirty. I'm sure those issues will be resolved for future guests. My family loved staying here.
