While I had high expectations based on the listing and reviews, unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. Specifically, I encountered the following issues:#1: The cleanliness of the property did not meet the standards I was expecting. I found dirty dishes in the cupboards, that I felt we needed to rewash before we used them. I had to take a broom and knock down cobwebs from the ceiling and light fixtures. The outdoor furniture was filthy(see the attached photos). I had to wipe down the patio table before we could use it for dinner. We mopped the hardwood floors because our feet were black within minutes of walking around, or crawling, as we had 2 babies.#2: Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed besides the cobwebs was that the dish soap pump at the kitchen sink did not work. I physically got under the sink and fixed that issue myself.#3: The kitchen faucet dripped, unless we found just the right position for it to stop.#4: The cold water faucet in the far left bedroom/bathroom is totally broken(see attached video)#5: Dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well at all.#6: Living room TV was not connected to the internet. Maintenance came out and fixed it and that worked for a bit, but then quit again, so we had to login to our own tv account.#7: We had to continuously w ash bath towels, because we didn't have enough for 3 days worth.#8: All 3 bedroom mattresses need replaced, they squeak like crazy!I have plenty more to list!
