They provided shuttle service to the airport and two train stations (for a fee). The all-you-can-eat restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was outstanding. So was the hot springs on the second floor. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem was the fact that their AC system has no heat. Called the front desk and they ran out of heaters.
