« This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). « A unique hotel. The inside, whilst being modern with all the amenities you would expect and more, still maintains a 'castle' feel. The staff were super friendly and attentive and provided sound advice when asked about the local area. A good choice for breakfast, which was excellent. A really fantastic stay. »

« The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. « The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. Our room was very pleasant ,though a “proper”wardrobe would have been appreciated. « Un week end magnifique sous le soleil de Tenby avec un accueil chaleureux et très aimable de la part du responsable de l'établissement. Celui-ci nous a contacté par téléphone pour savoir si on allait bien en raison d'un accident sur l'autoroute qui a retardé notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement parfait avec un service à table, un petit déjeuner continental et anglais. Très confortable, très bien situé. Parking de la ville à proximité payant. Nous reviendrons , c'est certain ! »
