"It was a good stay"

"The room seemed very dirty. It’s as if housekeeping came in, changed sheets, dusted the main spots, and rinsed the bathroom and sink. The linoleum floor had visible spots that were sticky, the corners of the room seemed untouched, and the bathtub could have used a real scrub. "

"Check down about 930 staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean room was clean. Bed was outstanding, shower was clean. No complaints."

"All of the rooms smelled of smoke - heavy smoke. We tried three different rooms. The last room had less of a smoke smell but was infested with bugs. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever ever stayed at!"
