"This is a beautiful property and sits in the middle of the rainforest. It was easy to find. Very close to Nauyaca waterfall. You have to like the outdoors in order to enjoy a stay here as you can hear the noise from insects and other wildlife inside the bungalow during the night. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights. The house was cute and the land was lush and very green. The waterfall that was on the property was definitely a plus. We enjoyed sitting in the seating area by it and having lunch from the soda downstairs which was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Great stay! The management team is exceptional! The house is pretty new and clean. Neighbor houses in the development are pretty close but most of the time we had little or no noise from neighbors. Strongly suggest 4x4 vehicle as the 15 minute drive up from the highway is steep and rough( typical for CR mountain houses). Daily macaw and toucan views from the house and frequent howler monkeys nearby. Definitely would return. Good value for the price. "

"The listed pictures doesn't do justice to this cabin. The property is super clean. It has huge decks on both floors with gorgeous view. There is an outdoor kitchen with all the basics for cooking a meal. The place is a little hard to find but our host Edward and Ruth met with us and led us to the cabin. "This house is truly one of a kind. It felt like stepping into The Croods (the movie)—living in a cave, but an incredibly luxurious one! The kids said it was like being in a fairytale and were genuinely sad to leave. Tucked away by the river and off the beaten path, it had everything we needed for a magical stay."

"This is a great place, but there’s a couple of things you need to know before renting.First, if you can’t tell from the pictures, only the bedroom and bathroom are enclosed, the kitchen is completely open – no screens. That means bugs – it's Costa Rica after all. No mosquitoes, but beetles, flies, little flying things, and the occasional millipede. You can reduce the insects by not turning on the outside lights at night (finish eating before dark) and cleaning up dishes etc. immediately after...

"Mountain Top Park Hotel was a great place for us to stay! We stayed for a week. The staff is SUPER nice and helpful and accommodating. They really spend the time to make you feel welcome and make your stay as easy as possible. The only downside of the hotel is the surrounding area there’s not a ton to do if you’re staying for a few days or more. But the grounds of the hotel is gorgeous and walking around in the mountain top park is so cool. We saw so much wildlife even from our balcony!! It was the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Truly loved it and so thankful for the staff!! "

"The staff were very friendly, great breakfast buffet with Javier, Edgar, Elieth, and Allan the cook. Great omelettes and fresh fruit. The happy hour was fun with Andre and Daniel. The rooms were spacious, and the pool and hot tub were fabulous. The walk to the beach could be treacherous for some people, all downhill then all uphill. The white faced monkeys like to steal sugar and food so be cautious!"

"Amazingly beautiful place! We saw monkeys 20+ 2 times, on the monkey trail and later at the spa! We also saw sloth, macaws and other animals on the property! We played pickleball, got a couples massage, swam, went snorkeling, kayaking and jumped off tour boat’s high deck and used their slide. Much more to do next time!"
