No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.

Great location!

The flat is in an excellent area putting you in walking distance of many BCN sites and attractions as well as being located close to many fine restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, upon our arrival after a long series of flights and delays the flat hadn’t been cleaned. Marcella quickly got the cleaning staff organized and the flat cleaned within 2 hours. Stay U-Nique refunded half a days fees for the inconvenience. Overall the flat was live-able, but the bathroom was tatty, with peeling paint, rusted tub, a bath faucet that was near impossible to keep at temperature, water damaged vanity to name a few. Oven was missing the oven rack, but other than that, the kitchen was decent and reasonably kitted out. Would I stay again? Yes, but only if the bathroom was renovated up to commercial standards.
