"Room was a little outdated."

"My room had toenails on the floor and the tv when moved had crumbs underneath, the beds were clean but everything else was in poor condition. The pool had the floor coming up and the hot tub was not as warm as it should have been. When letting the front desk know about my dirty room that advised that the housekeeping was too busy to vacuum…I will never stay there again "

"They gave us a room that maintenance was actively working on. The A/C unit was torn apart and the dresser drawers were scattered around the room. They did get us a new room but we had already unloaded all of our belongings and had to move all of our stuff to the opposite side of the hotel. Which is a lot of stuff when you have a 2 year old."

"Very inviting front desk works, breakfast was always, stocked, clean. The pool was slightly smaller than would have liked but was still warm and clean towels were promptly stocked as they started to get low. The lobby was warm and inviting a great place to be able to eat pizza when we brought it back. "

"The waterpark was so cute!! Perfect for my 3 year old. We loved our stay."

"Okay for the price. However, they seemed short-staffed for breakfast. Not much for options and many were empty even though there were few guests in the breakfast area. We left and are elsewhere. Disappointing. "
