A lot was broken - microwave didn’t work, part of the shower broken, lamp broken, and bits of the washing machine. Service was extremely unfriendly at reception. Parking was the only perk but that’s what you get staying in a location so far from town. The heat pump was loud but didn’t work efficiently either. Definitely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the cost.
