The Station Hotel

The Station Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"I was genuinely impressed by this hotel. We checked in later in the day, and our family suite exceeded expectations. It was perfect for our trip, with exceptionally comfortable beds, high-quality bedding, plush towels, and thoughtful amenities that rivaled what you would expect from a five-star city hotel. The bathroom was immaculate and appeared to have been recently renovated, while the furnishings and décor struck the perfect balance between refined comfort and the charm of a cozy Scottish country inn. The staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was also a highlight, offering excellent food and a full bar in a relaxed and inviting setting. I would especially recommend taking advantage of breakfast and dinner—the quality of the food and the service were outstanding. Its proximity to the river and the surrounding scenery only add to its charm—the setting looks as though it could have come straight out of A River Runs Through It. I highly recommend it and would gladly return in the future."

"We were given an extremely warm welcome by Ramsay on our arrival. He could not have been more helpful. The accommodation is spacious and was spotlessly clean. The garden is ideal for dogs as it is totally enclosed with a high stone wall. When our 3 year old grandson came to visit, Ramsay even brought his tractor for Leo to sit on!The cottages are located in a very beautiful and peaceful part of Scotland and close to Whitehills and Banff, both well worth visiting. We would highly recommend this property. Mary and Iain"
