  • This two-story log cabin nestled in the middle of a picturesque 15-acre wooded property is the holiday destination you’ve been searching for.
    Whether you are looking for a couple’s getaway, are hosting a family reunion, or are organizing a friends retreat, this property will allow you to ‘get back to nature’ while enjoying the intimacy of its luxurious amenities. The many highlights include: 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms plus loft that comfortably accommodates up to 8-10 people, spacious high-ceiling living room, fully equipped kitchen, lower level game room and bar, laundry room, half-acre pond stocked with a variety of fish, and large heated salt-water pool, large flat screen HD smart TVs, complementary high-speed WiFi, as well as onsite fire pits and gas grills.
    With prior arrangement, up to 4 extra guests will be permitted (sleeping bags not provided). The property is located 15 minutes from excellent local dining options, 15 minutes from Buckeye lake,10 minutes from combustion brewery, Smeck trail and 25 minutes from downtown Columbus. we’re also including a complimentary bottle of wine or cider.

Great experience for Family memory building

The lodge provided an incredible and memorable location for our family vacation. All the amenities such as the pool, the lake, and the open space, provided for memory making. Appreciated the accommodations for my wife's disability; The location was close to innumerable activities in Columbus OH area.

This is a wonderful home for a family gathering! Everyone enjoyed swimming, fishing and s’mores by the fire. There was plenty of space on the property to spread out and enjoy some beautiful weather. We contacted our host because we couldn’t find the pack n play and she had one delivered within the hour! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the pool and fishing in the big pond.Communications with host were excellent.I would not characterize the loft as a true bedroom although in some situations having a bed there would work. I would advertise the house as 4 bedrooms and a loft.The kitchen was very well equipped.We loved our stay. The property is beautiful!

Beautiful cabin

Nice house with plenty of space for our crew this time around. Particularly appreciated the saltwater pool - the best! Also the kitchen was large and the outdoor grill worked perfectly. It's already on our list for next year.

Nice retreat

Spent 5 days here with family for local baseball tournament. It was a great place to come back to. Pool and pond was loved by kids. Hosts were very accommodating.

Beautiful location

The property was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for myself and family. Amenities were plentiful and we were able to enjoy a great meal during our stay. Not much close by but it was perfect for our liking. Due to the weather we were unable to truly enjoy the landscape. I would truly recommend for a family wanting a peaceful spacious get a away.

Beautiful Getaway - relax and enjoy

Beautiful location and well appointed, very comfortable. Grandchildren loved fishing at the pond, using the playground. The rest of us loved the beautiful setting, the well-appointed and clean home, the pool and all the amenities. Well worth it! We took the kids to COSI, Columbus Zoo and Ohio State Fair. All a reasonable distance and then it was nice to come back and relax at this home.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was my parents 50th anniversary and my brother and I wanted a place for all of us to be under 1 roof. This place was perfect for our family of 12. The house was beautiful, the pool perfect to keep the kids busy and the pond fun for fishing. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property with plenty of space for all to spread out. We had a great time in the pool, fishing and playing all kinds of yard games we brought with us. Ping pong tournament filled our only rainy day. Great outdoor spaces with a nice grill, our guys even enjoyed the smoker!

Beautiful Log Cabin Home

Our family enjoyed an extended weekend stay at this beautiful log cabin home. It is situated on a large, private, picturesque lot, with plenty of room for soccer and wiffle ball games, in addition to a swimming pool and a small, private pond, and ping pong! The home is well stocked with most anything you might need for a family vacation. The owner was very responsive to any contact we made.

Beautiful property!!!Everyone enjoyed the weekend!Host very responsive and kind Only suggestions (and may have just missed them) Baking sheets… plenty of pots and pans but no baking sheets that we could find. Foil or Saran wrap would be nice but probably hard to keep from walking away!! Overall 5/5 stars!!!

Kids LOVED this place!

We wanted to take the kids away but not to far. They LOVED the pool - very secluded. And the POND. My son had a blast on the canoe and all three of my kids loved fishing! The little bluegill were so fun and easy to catch. They won’t quit taking about how fun it is to fish. A core memory for sure. The home was clean and well kept. The owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful! Over all a wonderful experience!

Our stay at the cabin for Thanksgiving was nothing short of perfect. It was the ideal getaway—a beautiful, serene property that allowed us to unwind and truly soak in the holiday spirit. 60th anniversary family gathering

Property was very nice, thought it was pricey; only a couple of issues ... the gas grill is past it's prime, difficult to use, cook with; only five "seats" in the living room, not nearly enough for a house with five bedrooms, there was 8 of us, had to bring porch chairs in to use; it also got very cool at night and while we found a couple of throws, could not find any extra blankets, nor any extra pillows. Sadly, it was too cool to use the pool, as the pool was one of the main draws for me to rent this property. Do have to say the inside was very very clean. The pond was lovely also. Overall a good stay.

Great Log Cabin with Pool and Pond

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious log cabin. The pool was a big hit along with the pond for fishing. We also enjoyed the wide open grass areas for family wiffle ball games and more. We enjoyed smores around the firepit in the evening but bring your own wood. The kitchen/dining area and living room were much larger than what the pictures show and the basement game room area was very nice. An additional refrigerator would be nice to help store food & refreshments for a large group but we got by with extra coolers. The extra items in the garage (ping pong table, canoe, life jackets, pool toys, etc) were very much appreciated. The property manager and owner communicated well and provided quick answers to a few questions we had during our stay. There was plenty of room to park cars which was appreciated. We recommend this property and would stay there again.
