Villa Sole e Mare is a newly constructed apartment complex, built in 2021, situated in the heart of Balestrate-foce, Italy. This Vacation rental offers a prime location, just 3 km from the center of Trappeto, 17 km from Castellammare del Golfo, and 55 km from Palermo's city center. Nestled in a sunny position, the property is mere 100 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the sandy beach. Conveniently, it boasts amenities such as an elevator, internet WiFi, and an installment plan for added flexibility.

Villa Sole e Mare's prime location offers easy access to various outdoor attractions. Just 400 meters away lies the sandy beach "Marina di Balestrate," while the pebble beach "Cala dei Pescatori" is a mere 200 meters from the property. Nature enthusiasts can explore the nearby Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, a 27 km hiking trail, or the well-known Lago Piana degli Albanesi Riserva WWF, a 45 km drive away.

You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that measures 70 square meters on the 1st floor. The apartment features a spacious living/dining room with 2 double sofabeds and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living/dining room provides access to a terrace. Additionally, there is 1 double bedroom equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchenette is well-appointed with an oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is furnished with modern and comfortable pieces, ensuring a pleasant vacation experience. It offers a shower/bidet/WC combination, as well as heating and forced-air heating (available only from December 1st to March 31st). Outdoor spaces include a 5 square meter roofed terrace with terrace furniture, offering partial views of the sea. Convenient amenities such as a washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 years old (additional fee), and a hair dryer are provided. The property also offers free WiFi internet access.
