When we checked in, we were advised that we were going to be charged for an extra person, even though I had reserved the room for two people. When I checked out, I was told that there was something about “switching over computers” that didn’t make any sense to me, and I would be getting a refund of some kind. So far radio silence.The room was pretty awful. If these were suites, it was pretty sorry. There was nothing but a tiny side table, i.e. nothing to eat on. There were no utensils other than paper plates and plastic flatware. Lamps were barely stable, there were no upgrades for electronics, the kitchen cupboards had markings all over them, and the computer chair was ripped. The occasional chair in our room was filthy, as well as the floor. Additionally, you would think that we would have an extra roll of toilet paper and an extra box of toilet tissues. Not here. It was a lot of money for this room.
