"Clean modern room, best shower in Costa Rica at this pricepoint. Fast wifi with excellent coverage. No AC, but room is designed for that with large screens just below the ceiling and a big overhead fan. We stayed for two nights when day time temps were in the upper 80s on the beach, and we were very comfortable at altitude with the breezes from the ocean. The host, Lori, is a gem. The air conditioner was barely able to cool the room enough for daytime sleeping probably due to poor seals around the window and door.The shower was cold water only and was missing a shower head so water just poured out of an open pipe....functionally okay. "Adolfo’s home is a dream like house full of privacy and comfortability from inside to outside. The pool and the ranch are amazing making you feel like you never want to leave and the area is amazing because everything is so near the by. The beaches, rivers, waterfalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.. The house is a very comfortable house for a family to come and enjoy at uvita and as a host Adolfo is the best out there for sure. If I come back to uvita it must be to this house or else the full experience wouldn’t be there."
