« This property is very convenient to the airport. That being said if you are sensitive to sounds you might want to have a sound machine app at night. We used one and didn’t hear any flights. We loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner was incredibly responsive. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work properly and there was a new coffee pot outside the door when we got back. The bed was comfortable. We so appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. »

« Let me begin this review by noting that I have been coming up to work, and visit my Alaskan family, since 1989. I have been blessed to stay in both the most rustic, early 20th century homestead cabins as well as luxury vacation rentals from the capital Juneau, out on Kodiak island, in beautiful Homer and Seward, in vibrant Anchorage, to the rustic majesty of Denali/Healy all the way up here to Fairbanks. What I really like about this property is that it falls somewhere in the middle. Although...

« After one of the most frustrating 2 travel days we have ever had, this place was a breath of fresh air. What was supposed to be a 12 hr travel day turned into a 36 hour “adventure” which meant we missed our entire first day in Fairbanks. The owners were very responsive and even credited us back a portion of our fees. The place is cute as a button and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Alaska! »

« I have rented before just a different apartment. This basement one was very damp. I tried to turn the heat up but everything just had a wet/damp feeling. »
