« My family traveled from FL, TN, and Juneau to watch my daughter graduate from UAF. The home was everything we expected and more. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. The home is absolutely stunning and exactly what the pictures look like. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and other items that made our stay so comfortable. We saw two moose in the morning across the river between 5-6am, beaver, and many birds daily. I highly recommend this home. »

« While the surrounding properties were typical in Fairbanks, the accommodations at North Star were great. The owners were attentive, reaching out throughout my stay, to make sure all was well. The rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The king size bed was so welcoming and comfortable as well…I would book this bnb again, simply for the great night’s sleep. TY North Star😊 »

« It was great! My family enjoyed staying there. Except, the diesel smell upon checking in & had to use a towel to block the smell from the laundry room and using the provided air freshners. The stove was pretty old, and when turned on, it sparked up, so we werent able to use the front big burner when cooking. But other than that, it was decent. »

« All pots and pans and utensils had old food on them. Had to clean everything first before we could cook. The outhouse pit is quite full and the pit needs to be evacuated. The outhouse seat was quite dirty and had to be cleaned. Decks had not been shoveled all winter so were unusable. Beds were clean and comfortable. »

« The six of us stayed here and enjoyed the view. Close to the airport and easy to find. There were a few hiccups, the most significant was navigating the spiral staircase to the 3 bedrooms downstairs. It was a bit shaky and you had to watch your head at the bottom around the pool table. It would have been nice to have chairs in the downstairs bedrooms and around the pool table. Kitchen was nice and there were adequate utensils. The home was heated properly and also had additional floor heat units...

"Premierement n a pas respecter Expedia a savoir devions avoir grand lit, avons eu deux lits simples,pas de salle de bain dans notre chambre car devions sortir de la chambre et descendre deux escaliers pour aller a la salle de bain ?? La proprio n a pas voulu nous donner de facture car ètions avec Expedia ??? Anotre avis Expedia elle vous a dans le c!!! et elle nous donne ce qui lui reste donc tres décu"
