"The staff are very kind and always willing to help. Even though they don’t speak the language, they really try their best to assist guests, which is truly appreciated and was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the bungalow experience was very disappointing. The bed had a bad smell, there were insects, spider webs on the ceiling, and the bathroom smelled awful, which made the stay very uncomfortable. "I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. The rooms was i. Perfect condition and i loved that i had a washer (no dryer) on the balcony: i would stay again. "

"Very spacious property, and the beach is just 20 feet away. We were impressed. Too bad that we couldnt go to the beach due to the storm. Lan, the host, is very nice and very responsive. Due to the storm on the island, we couldnt stay the full 3 nights. Host offered us credit for whatever days we have left behind. Its a pleasing suprise since we didnt expect it. The driver was also superb. We forgot our tablet at the stay and he came back to pick it up for us while we were having breakfast. We...

"We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Phu Quoc as a large family with young children. The villa was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and we enjoyed hosting a few nice dinner gatherings in the evenings, which the space worked well for. The resort is close to all major attractions, making it very convenient for family outings. The pools were clean, well kept, and great for both kids and adults. The villa felt a bit large at times, but this was easily balanced by the amazing service — there were always staff around, and the entire place was taken care of wonderfully. We especially want to thank Quinh Nhu, the concierge, who truly stood out among all the staff. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Her support really made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. We would happily recommend this resort for families or large groups looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location."

"I loved my stay at Sea Breeze Resort & Spa! The room had everything I needed with a comfortable king size bed. It had a good sized balcony with a nice view of the pool and ocean. The property grounds were perfectly manicured with a ton of diverse trees and plants. The resort is in a great central location close to a ton of great restaurants and close access to the beach and last but not least, the staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Sea Breeze Resort!"
