"We had such a great stay here for spring break in Avon! The house had so many fun games and things to do, which made it perfect for hanging out and relaxing together. The outdoor space was amazing and the hot tub was an awesome amenity to have, especially at night with the lights and TV.It’s also a super quick walk to the beach, which was really peaceful during the off-season. There are also some great coffee shops within walking distance, which was a nice bonus in the mornings.The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could ever need, which made cooking at the house really easy. Just make sure to bring your own bath and beach towels!One thing to note if you’re visiting in the off-season is that a lot of the restaurants and ice cream shops nearby are closed for the season, but that also makes the area feel more relaxed and uncrowded. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The house was wonderful, spotless and decorated beautifully. The newly updated deck was a great place to hang out, with sufficient privacy from the surrounding trees. It was an easy two minute walk to a great, wide beach. Perfect for long walks in the offseason. The owner, Ken, was in constant communication throughout and was always willing to help with anything. Such an amazing experience. We can’t wait to return. "
