The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to relax. "The electric wall heater was not operational and twice (each morning) I asked the morning desk manager if this could be fixed. The heater was not fixed and no explanation was provided. Unfair to have no heat on the cold nights. Are these not checked prior to the rooms been available for use ?"
