« We love going to Massanutten, but… don’t waste money on the water park until they’ve finished renovating. Full price for half a park… obviously the outdoor portion is closed this time of year, but half of the indoor slides were closed, hot tub was closed as well and the price was not reduced during this time.
Also, the activity schedule is more for “wine moms” to waste time while the husband is golfing. They don’t seem to offer much for the kids. The adventure park is “meh” and overpriced as...

« The snow that blocked the pathway was not shoveled until two days after our arrival. It was dangerous and a liability. In addition, there were no instructions for how to turn on the fireplace so we had to have maintenance come to show us how to do it. Finally, despite our multiple attempts to call reception after arriving to our unit, no one ever answered. We had to wait until the following day. »

« I love Massanutten, the fresh air the view of the mountains the closeness of the caverns and shenandoa parks, skyline drive is a great asset to such a great community. The resort itself is very clean, comfy and they have really thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. »
