The property is in need of Repairs. Swimming pool was empty and dusty. Bathroom door would not close, paint work needs touching up had to wear slippers on room carpet, otherwise Toilets, Shower, Sink, fridge and Bed linen were all clean.

Secure car park that was locked at night Helpful staff and good value, could do with some investment, cracked floor tiles in bathroom and maintenance neglected, but was cheap, pretty clean and comfortable bed

Terrible experience! Room was low quality, service was shocking - ended up leaving. Boom box party started up in the room next door at 9pm. Went to complain to reception who did nothing about it!!!

nice, pleasant venue, nil air con so was really warm in the room, they had a fan but it wasnt enough to cope with the warmth and climate. and pool was part full and green and closed off - it wouldve made up for nil air con if this was operational

The room itself was fine, but the seals around the sliding door and windows seemed non existent so even though we had all windows and doors closed - it sounded like they were open all night and was very loud. The worst part was when people were smoking outside their room next door, our whole room smelt like smoke as it came in around the closed windows.

Don't waste your time

It's too dirty. The bathroom is full of mold. Cold and noisy room, swimming pool and other facilities that are so different from the photo. Only one good point is price

The property is pretty warn down. the roof was peeling in the bath room, the outdoor decking is dangerous as there are bits of wood not nailed in. Quite unstable. The rooms have the basics, it does not feel as clean due to the worn down nature. The original booking said it was non-refundable and came with a free airport shuttle service. However, after making the non-refundable booking, I got a message from the hotel to say "the shuttle service is not operating, sorry for the inconvenience". You get what you pay for, even thought it could still be a little cheaper. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good price, pleasant and helpful staff, free WIFI, comfortable bed, located close to airport with free parking. Disappointed that pool was unusable, decor pretty shabby and needed to get a staff member to tune TV in. Potholes, rubbish and generally unkempt car park was a bit off putting.

Was nice. If you're after a no frills stay that's nice and clean with a comfy bed before getting on a flight then this is it.. Staff were friendly and can't beat a free ride to the airport. Even if it is 5 min away

Whilst the venue is in a very handy location especially to the Airport. It is very tired and a bit run down with some of the room amenities such as the bathrooms shown some real wear and tear. There was no one on reception when I arrived so had to leave and come back and no lighting in the car park so very hard to see where to go to get to the room. The Bed however was comfortable

Last minute rate & discount meant I wasn’t expecting much - especially after reading reviews. I stayed 6pm-8am & found it noisy, cold & mouldy shower. They offer a free airport transfer which I used oneway, it arrived in the 25min timeframe given. The driver was dressed in a smart suit & polite but I had to ask him to stop talking on his mobile while driving (1hand) because its illegal in NZ. My seatbelt was broken & I informed driver but he didn’t bother looking at it. 6pm: Check-in is quick & friendly, it’s strange they require you to write down your credit card number & details for deposit. Security around this worried me but he said it gets destroyed after 1 month. Internal hallways were very cold, strong bleach smell? & dark. I noticed a bunch of external doors had been latched open, security issue? Room is very large with high ceilings, good storage for large luggage, jug, fridge, tv. It was freezing (Window was left open) & the only heating was a tiny heater. I turned it up high asap at 6pm & room didn’t feel warm until 11pm. Only 1 duvet, no extra blankets in room. I didn’t use the shower because there is black mould around the base, the smell of bleach was very strong. I don’t think this place has any insulation against cold or noise of traffic/hallway. Thin curtains meant the outside lights left on shine quite brightly in your room at night. I didn’t feel safe, warm or clean here - wouldn’t recommend.
