"The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it"

"This place is special man. I pray it never changes! Our flight was delayed so we booked this place randomly. Boy did we get lucky. We were stuck with out luggage and they took care of that at check in. They also gave us snacks and beverages! I'm bad with names but the dude that helped us went above amd beyond... could ge uinely tell he was a good person not just working for a check. The lady at the counter was accomodating and so polite! Ask them about bicycles they have on site for...

"The property was a nice property and quite functional. Carla was VERY responsive. We had a couple of issues (Not their fault) with which we needed assistance and the assistance was immediate. The photos make the home look larger than it is, but it is by no means deceptive. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything you need. Thanks for a great stay Carla!!
