"As other reviewers have said the structure is "light weight" and sound transmits through the walls quite easily. Management was very flexible for our late arrival and check out. Location is great, easy to find from the freeway, two blocks to views or coffee and shops. "

"My experience here was above and beyond. More than all else, the staff here deserves an award. Everyone was friendly--not in a sugary, obsequious way that makes me uncomfortable--but in the easy, breezy way of Californians that helps me feel seen as a human and not just a customer. I had a lovely conversation with Rich, the manager, and was struck by the everyday kindness of even exchanging pleasantries. It all brought a homey touch to the resort. I loved my room and roaming the beautiful property--particularly, all the intentionally designed quiet places to think. Not to mention, feeding the emus and goats.
